TNE: Elei'eah (1608) and Aiolol (1209) would've been shut down to
reduce the number of Virus infection vectors but the presence of 9 gas giants
between the two offers invading Vampire Fleets an opportunity to refuel,
assuming they can get past the front lines of defense in
Aokiylair and Ryuhleiea
subsectors.
The Eakhtiyho, which already owned naval base equipped Elei'eah, annexed
Aiolol on the grounds that it was necessary in order to ensure the proper
patrolling of these strategic refuelling worlds. Although other clans balked at
this, none has ever made a move to overthrow Eakhtiyho dominance of Aiolol.
Ships without permits which arrive here are either impounded or destroyed.
Impounded ships are returned to their owners after 1 year of mandatory patrol.
This penalty is enforced through the disabling of the ship's jump drive.
